Episode 141 - Cassidy Watton was the 2nd place female and finished ahead of 75% of the men in the elite field at last October's OCR World Championships. Since then, she has had a number of top finishes including 2nd at the Spartan in Sydney, AUS stadium Sprint, 2nd at the SoCal Beast, 2nd on the Bahamas Cruise, and 1st at The Citifield stadium race. At one of the more brutal Spartan courses this year, the Palmerton, PA Super, she finished ahead of powerhouses April Dee, Deanna Blegg, and KK Paul. Even after a year like this, her competitors seem to share the spotlight with each other, but not her. In this interview, we talk to her about that, and if it affects her in any way. We will also learn about her college sports career, who led her to obstacle racing (we'll give you 3 guesses), and what her future OCR plans are.
